In general, passengers tend to book a week or two in advance---so we recommend that you try to give us as much lead time as possible. The weekend evening flights are the most popular. We think the morning flights are just as beautiful, if not a bit more spectacular, but the hour is early for some people. If you are available to fly during the week or in the morning, our schedule is more open and we can usually accommodate you within a couple of days.

Flights can be scheduled any day of the week. Flights are either at sunrise or a few hours before sunset. This always offers the most favorable flying conditions. Our balloons carry 2 or 3 passengers at a time, but we can accommodate larger groups. Your balloon adventure will last approximately 3 hours, with actual flight time of about 1 hour, followed by a champagne picnic. Reservations are required, but we will do our best to accommodate you on a short notice
