| As you can read this person is looking for information about getting a gift certificate for her husbands birthday. After forwarding this with a nice note to Balloon Vermont here is the response we got. The following is the actual email with no alterations. |
| We are amazed that this
balloon operator did not follow thru with this lead and that this was the
response we received from him about it. It is rather Obvious that he
did not read the comments section and realize that the person did not
enter a valid flight date because they did not have one. They were
asking about information on a gift certificate. It is also obvious
that they live close to the area where this balloon operator lives.
Just because the email came from Florida does not mean the potential
passengers are in Florida.
It is unfortunate that this balloon ride operator had his head so far up in the clouds that he did not realize his mistakes. It is for this reason that we have disabled his booking link. We did however want people to know of the response we at BalloonRideUS.com got when we tried to forward this request for information. If we get an apology from this operator we may consider listing him again. If we do not get an apology then we do not consider it to be a great loss. |
